Very knowledgable staff. Prices are about what you can find everywhere.
Plenty of fresh and salt water flora/fauna. Great place to window shop. Prices are moderate but for some items on the higher end. Staff are somewhat helpful (don't expect them to know everything) but getting a hold of one is difficult.

Every fish you can imagine is here. But you'll pay for that convince. Great selection.
The staff didn't really go out of their way to be helpful. Yet you had about 4 employees standing around one tank while they cleaned it, or feed the fish, not really sure what they were doing... I walked around for probably 15 minutes looking at fish until someone finally came up to me to ask me if I needed help. Also, a lot of their betta's when I went in had swim bladder issues, and a lot of the betas were labeled incorrectly.
