I thought I did my research before going to this office. I have had the WORST experience there. The staff was not courteous at all. Once I received my lab results back, I received a call from the office however the person who went over the results with me was LEAST interested explaining what those results meant. I kept asking to clarify but I was told to go to the Portal and all the details are there. I did go to the portal but as expected, could not understand all the medical terms. Also It took FIVE calls to the office to make sure they send the prescription to the Pharmacy. I was told the prescription was sent and I kept calling the Pharmacy but they did not receive the prescription until almost EIGHT hours later. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
I had a 7.30 fasting appointment, reached there 7:40...sent back...I am sure I have waited for service several times. Hard to get the appointments. Guess too busy to care for patients! Will look for alternative.
Dr. A is great. Additionally, I've had lab/blood tests and it is faster than most places. Way faster than Quest. I'm not sure what the mix up was with the other reviewer but this place is definitely high quality with great people and top notch doctors.
The people at the front desk are very nice but someone behind the scenes must really not know what they are doing. Went in for a lab visit and told them that but they had me wait for about an hour for a doctors visit because that was apparently what I was scheduled for. No one knows what their patients' are coming in for. Went in for another visit today for the lab and talked to the front desk about preventing the same thing to happen to me twice (waiting an hour for the doctor when all I needed to do was go into the lab for 5 minutes and be done). Very kind man at the front desk went to the back and asked someone about it and they insisted I needed to see the doctor. Ended up waiting 45 minutes again for the doctor to tell me I was there for a lab visit even though I had vocalized that information when I got there. I left frustrated and upset with how much of my time was wasted. Man at the front desk apologized even though it wasn't his fault.
